We have an AWS Pipeline that builds and deploys the application. After a build/deploy users have no permissions. I have to flush the redis cache and log back in before any menu items will show up.
Any idea what is happening in the background and how we can stop this from happening.

Can you share your pipeline details?

Its built using AWS CodeBuild and then deployed to AWS Elastic Beanstock. There is an identical pipeline for both identity server and the api.
