ABP NOT FOUND #3242

I have followed the instruction to install ABP CLI however it does not find it. I have checked my $PATH and update the files. Any ideas?

    Is dotnet ef command works? You can install the other global tools.

    dotnet tool install --global Volo.Abp.Cli --version 5.3.0
