1. Add project to abp solution
1. Add reference to Tp.Tam.EntityFrameworkCore
1. Add ConnectionStrings to appsettings.json
1. Copy appsettings.secrets.json to my Console
1. Add DependsOn "typeof(TamEntityFrameworkCoreModule)" in WindowsServiceModule
1. add Repository or settingProvider into HelloWorldService
1. run Console error:
